Expectations is a main reason of why this gap exists.. also, we speak our minds, our thoughts instead of the listener’s mind and thoughts.. good advice for straight forward communication is listening from both sides.. listening is the key, and because the speaker has his/her own thoughts already formulated, he/she don’t listen as they should.. the speaker ideas are already simmered and thought of in their minds. So the listener needs time to simmer and digest these thoughts as well.. to even the field..
