I hope things calm down a bit for you. But if I were you, I would have skipped Sunday's run. You already did one on Saturday. Getting good rest is just as important as running (if not more). You're doing an awesome job so far and we're so proud of you. Just be careful and don't overdo it so you avoid injuries and you stay motivated.
You are right, I was thinking too much about staying on track as far as my training app goes. But thinking about after feeling exhausted, I regretted it big time. Now that distances are getting more serious, rest shouldn’t be comprised!
