This is spot on. I am trying to make a habit out of "doing nothing" at times. Whether it's an entire weekend or a couple of hours in a busy work day. I noticed that most people our age forgot how to do that > nothing. Some people actually feel super tense if they're not actively doing something and that's terrible.
